How to: Free rotate an object.
Solution:
Select the desired drawing object, select the 'Draw' menu, and select 'Rotate/Flip'.
1) Select the desired drawing object to free rotate.
2) Select the 'Draw' menu and select 'Rotate/Flip'. (The Rotate/Flip submenu appears.)

3) Select 'Free Rotate'. (The cursor changes to a circular arrow.)
4) Center the cursor (circular arrow) over one of the object's handles.
5) Drag with the mouse to rotate the object to the desired position.
6) Release the mouse button when the object is in the desired position.
7) Click on a blank area of the slide, to deselect the drawing object.
